Together with the Motimatic team,I built out a "waterfall" process for creative production so that each week were not only designing, but also animating and delivering creative. Every ad seen below was delivered on a two week timeline; we designed three ads one week, then animated them the next—all with previous weeks' sprints overlapping so that new creative was delivered each week.
